HyWaves Stakeholder Update and Launch of Seed Investment Round – July 2025

HyWaves Stakeholder Newsletter – July 2025

The last few months have seen some significant updates for the company with both technology development and Commercial Traction with industry. Alongside this we have expanded our fantastic  team by taking on Troy Stewart an experienced  as an experienced board advisor. In addition, Venkat has officially joined the company as a Renewable Energy Engineer. Having spent the past two years working closely with us at Cranfield University, Venkat is now focused on driving our technical innovation forward.

We are also delighted to announce that we are raising our Seed round to demonstrate our technology on a commercial plant. The investment round will build on our tremendous progress and two active Innovate UK grant projects. The Seed funds will enable us to demonstrate our technology on an industrial-scale electrolyser and produce low-cost green hydrogen for off-takers.

Experienced professional investors can contact us for further information and arrange a visit to our pilot plant, where you can see first hand the true potential of our technology.
